Expanding inclusive, community-based programming for people living with dementia and their care partners.

We are honoured and deeply grateful to receive support from both the Burnaby Hospital Foundation and the City of Vancouver through its Placemaking Grant program to expand programming for people living with dementia and their care partners.

This funding will enable TrueNetwork Community Solutions Society to create inclusive, community-based opportunities that promote connection, belonging, wellbeing, and meaningful participation. Through co-creation, engaging activities, and welcoming community spaces, we aim to support people living with dementia while fostering stronger relationships between participants, care partners, volunteers, and the broader community.

We sincerely thank the Burnaby Hospital Foundation and the City of Vancouver for believing in our vision and investing in more dementia-inclusive communities. Their support will help us create meaningful experiences that empower individuals, reduce social isolation, and strengthen community connections.
