TrueNetwork's First Community Showcase
TrueNetwork Officially Launches with a Successful Debut at the Canadian Cultural Festival
Our team at TrueNetwork officially kicked off its journey with a wonderful presence at the Canadian Cultural Festival on June 27, 2026. Hosting our very first booth for our Dementia Co-Creation Academy program was a great success, providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with new faces, reconnect with friends of the program, and share our vision for a more inclusive, connected, and co-created future. The inspiring energy and meaningful conversations throughout the day energized our team and gave us a strong start to this exciting journey.
We were deeply honoured to welcome the Mayor of Burnaby, Mike Hurley, along with several Burnaby City Councillors and other distinguished guests to our booth. Their encouragement and genuine interest in our program mean a great deal to us and reflect the strong spirit of collaboration within our local community.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible volunteers for their dedication, support, and enthusiasm throughout the event. We are also grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about our work, share their stories, and connect with us. Your encouragement inspires us as we lay the foundation for a community where people, organizations, and partners come together to learn from one another and co-create meaningful solutions.
Stay tuned for our upcoming workshops, co-creation sessions, community events, and other exciting program activities as we continue to build momentum. We look forward to sharing more opportunities to learn, connect, and collaborate, and to welcoming both new and familiar faces to our future events.
