Hi-Five Club & Co-Creation Café
We’re happy to share the upcoming Hi-Five Club & Co-Creation Café sessions, taking place in the auditorium at Dania Home in the City of Burnaby.
At the heart of this program is a simple idea: everyone should have opportunities to connect, create, participate, and feel that they belong.
Delivered by TrueNetwork Community Solutions Society in collaboration with Dania Home, and supported by Burnaby Hospital Foundation, the program welcomes older adults, people living with dementia, caregivers, volunteers, and community members into a warm, multicultural, dementia-friendly, and intergenerational space.
Together, we’ll enjoy art, music, rhythm, movement, games, coffee, conversation, and shared creative activities. Participants are encouraged to join in at their own pace, in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to them.
Our first session will take place on , with additional sessions continuing through June 2027.
The sessions are FREE. Registration is required, and spaces are limited. Full details are available in the flyer.
We are grateful to everyone helping us create spaces where people living with dementia are welcomed not only as participants, but as valued members, contributors, and co-creators in our community.
Please feel free to share this with families, caregivers, community organizations, volunteers, and anyone who may benefit from or help spread the word about this program.
